The new website for the joint Germany-Queensland research project “Bio2Foam - Novel Sugarcane Bagasse-Based Bio-PUR flexible Foams for Automotive and Outdoor sport industries: A Sustainable German-Queensland Bioeconomy Solution” is online. Follow latest updates from Bio2Foam on www.bio2foam.com and learn how a Germany-Queensland bioeconomy has the potential to supply sustainable bio-based products. The project is analysing the potential of bagasse, a waste product of the sugarcane processing as a feedstock for bio-based polyurethane value chains. Bio2Foam is aiming for a holistic development from technical properties to environmental impacts as well as socio-economic aspects.
