We are pleased to announce the successful commissioning of a system from Cirulyzer GmbH, which will enable us to process waste fractions containing recycled plastics using wet-mechanical methods in the future.

The centerpiece of the system is a state-of-the-art centrifugal separator. Its cylindrical unit enables particularly efficient separation of mixed plastic slurries through flotation-sinking separation and long retention times.

This innovative system allows for the separation of challenging and complex technical waste for which no suitable separation solution previously existed. This includes, for example, the automotive, electronics, and wind energy sectors.

The equipment was procured as part of the “ReVor” project, funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the State of Lower Saxony.
