Manufacturer: Photothermal Spectroscopy Corp
Short description: The mIRage IR Microscope uses a proprietary technique based upon Optical Photothermal IR (O-PTIR) spectroscopy, which enables IR-imaging in the submicron regime.
Applications: Investigation of the causes of product defects including inclusions and inhomogeneity, chemical composition analysis of complex materials, like e.g. multi-layer structures, hybrid foils, laminates, composite materials, coatings, particles, fibers and paints.
